The ethics in international relations

Abstract
To appreciate the obligations that arise for those who dedicate themselves to the service of international relations, it is necessary to know everything that "international" means in the light of the present and the expectations of the future, and to derive the consequent ethical requirements, as well as keep in mind the traditional norms of the moral code of the diplomat, plus the new obligations that arise from the globalization of humanity at present.
