Abstract

This article walks us through the Psychosocial Development Theory applying it to Human Talent Management. It presents the importance of both aspects to benefit the development of a person in the work environment and the productivity of an organization. It also shows the positive attitudes and virtues that come from the positive resolution of the different stages of development, and the negative attitudes that emerge when a conflict is not resolved positively.
