Abstract
The aim of this paper is to explain and substantiate the impact that, with respect to the national legal system (in its dimension of labor and administrative regulations), the legislative approval of ILO Conventions Nos 151 and 154, conventions currently in the legislative stream, would have. whose matter refers to the negotiation of the Collective Agreement in the public sector.
