Abstract

This article presents the development and implementation process of RePArq, a repository for the School of Architecture at the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América (UACA), designed to promote the conservation, research, and dissemination of Costa Rica’s architectural heritage. Using the Design Thinking methodology and the Omeka.net platform, the phases of planning, design, implementation, dissemination, and maintenance of the repository are described. The results demonstrate an innovative tool that fosters open and responsible access, contributing to education, research, and the digital preservation of Costa Rican architectural heritage.
